What has changed?
1. True Blue SMSF Product. (Residential properties only)
We are now using 90% of rental income for servicing.
The maximum loan size has increased to $1,250,000
2. Easy Ultra Lo Doc Product
As previously advised, we now only require 1 form of income verification for assessing serviceability in most cases.
Income verification can be one of the following in addition to a client’s declaration of income: Accountants declaration or 6 Months BAS statements, or 6 months Business Bank Statements.
3. Pinnacle Quickstart Product (Non Genuine Savings)
Two options available.
Option 1 - Up to 95% LVR including LMI - Int Rate 4.49% CPR 4.61%
Option 2 - Up to 98% LVR including LMI - Int Rate 5.20% CPR 5.33%
